At Pointz Castle Ice Cream, we're a family-owned and run business with a passion for creating luxury gelato right here on our farm. Using fresh milk from our own cows, who graze peacefully on the coastal pastures of Pembrokeshire, we produce rich, creamy ice cream that's full of flavour and made with care. Since opening our doors in 2018, we’ve transformed our farm shed into a cosy, rustic farm shop – all powered by renewable energy.
